Referral Program Terms

Together Project, Inc. (d/b/a Plura) and its affiliates ("Plura," "we," "our," and/or "us") want you to spread the word about Plura! Our Referral Program (the “Program”) allows referrers to receive discounts on tickets purchased on Plura by referring friends to Plura. Plus, your friends may also receive a discount when they make a ticket purchase.

By accepting and sharing your referral link or code or by signing up or using a referral link or code, you agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”), as well as Plura’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In these Referral Terms, users who refer are called “You” or “Advocates” and individuals who receive a referral are called “Friends.”  The discount you or your Friends receive is called a “Referral Reward.”

1. Advocate Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program as an Advocate, you must:

• Be an individual (e.g., not a corporation) participating for your own benefit, and not for an employer or other third party
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you reside
• Be a registered and active Plura user, in good standing with the company
• Not be a professional affiliate marketer
• Reside in the countries where purchasing tickets on Plura is available

2. Friend Eligibility

To be eligible to be referred, a Friend must:

• Be an individual
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you reside

3. How to Refer Friends and Get Referral Rewards

Here’s how you can refer Friends and earn Referral Rewards:

• Use the Plura personal referral code, link, or QR code. You can find this in the Plura app, under “settings” → “credits” or at the bottom of the profile page. This referral link is specific to you and only you (your “Referral Link”).

• You can share your Referral Link with your family, friends, and anyone else you know that wants to experience what Plura provides.

• For each eligible Friend that: (i) signs up for a Plura account and (ii) successfully inputs your Referral Code during onboarding in “how did you hear about us” section, you’ll receive a Referral Reward. They will also receive a Referral Reward to spend on Plura.

• Unless stated otherwise in the referral offer, Referral Rewards will expire 365 days from the date your Friend activates the referral offer by using your Referral Link.

• You will know if you received a Referral Reward by checking your Plura Credits settings or through communications from us.

4. Qualifying Events

A Qualifying Event must meet the criteria mentioned in the Terms, communications, and comply with Plura’s Terms of Service and take place in the United States.

5. Program Limitations

• You will receive one Referral Reward per qualified referral.
• Referral rewards will be combined together when being redeemed. Partial reward credits can be used if the total ticket price is less than the total amount of credits.
• A Friend may only be referred once as part of the Program.
• If a Friend receives multiple Referral Links, Or, unless they manually enter a different invitation code during signup, the Referral Link they click first will receive the Referral Reward, if all other Program conditions are met.
• You can’t refer yourself, and you can’t use or generate additional phone numbers to get Referral Rewards.
• Plura is not responsible for misplaced Referral Links.

6. Sharing Referral Links

Only share Referral Links with people that you know. Referral Links must be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Publish or distribute Referral Links on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia);
• “Spam” anyone with Referral Links. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems, bots, scripts or programmed dialers to distribute your Referral Link through any channel. You cannot pay anyone to advertise your Referral Link; or
• Use your Referral Link in any way that violates the law or the rights of anyone else.

7. How to Promote Plura Transparently and Fairly

Don’t ever lie or misrepresent the truth about Plura, your experience, Referral Links, or anything else when sharing a Referral Link.

If you write anything about Plura, you should make it clear that you’re getting a benefit from us.  For instance, if you share your Plura Link in a blog post, near the link you must say, “I receive Referral Rewards when people use my Referral Link to purchase a ticket on Plura.”

If we learn that you have violated anything in this Section 7, you will be immediately suspended from the Program, and you will lose all rights to any Referral Rewards whether based on prior or future activity.

8. Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions & Restrictions

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Your participation in the Program is subject to your compliance with these Referral Terms, Plura’s Terms of Service, any additional policies or requirements posted by Plura during or after the Program, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Every qualified referral is subject to independent verification by Plura and Plura’s representatives.  Plura has sole discretion in setting the amount of the Referral Rewards, and the amount can change at any time.  All decisions regarding Referral Rewards, qualified referrals, or your participation in the Program will be final and at our sole discretion.

Referral Rewards you receive and your account under the Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or anyone else (unless otherwise approved by Plura in writing).

Unless otherwise stated, Referral Rewards have no cash value, and may only be used as credits against purchases made through Plura.

9. Termination and Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or your ability to participate in it at any time and for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate you from the Program, or deduct Referral Rewards from your account, if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Referral Terms or Plura’s Terms of Service, including:

• incomplete or untruthful registration;
• attempts to obtain qualified referrals through fake email accounts;
• multiple attempts to register by the same person under different names or different email addresses;
• advertising or distributing the Referral Link or otherwise promoting Plura in any way that we find objectionable or inappropriate (in our own sole discretion) or that violates these Terms;
• circumvention of the spirit of the Program or these Referral Terms or
• violation of the law.

We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.  You will provide us with information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Referral Terms.

10. Updates to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Referral Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we amend these Referral Terms, we will post the updated version on the Plura.com website or notify you as required by law.  Continued participation in the Program after any modification will constitute consent to such modification.

11. Miscellaneous

These Referral Program Terms, as supplemented by Plura’s Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Plura with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all other communications, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

You may not assign these Referral Terms without Plura’s prior written consent.

Subject to the foregoing restriction, these Referral Terms will be binding on, inure to, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Plura’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of these Referral Terms will not constitute a waiver of Plura’s right to enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms.
